The recently closed consultation issued by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) proposed changes to the way that U-values are calculated for demonstrating compliance with the building regulations. These proposals deviated from what has been accepted practice since the implementation of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) in 2013 and may conflict with conformity marking rules.
