She has successfully led critical projects in abrasives manufacturing, serving as a Process Engineer, Production Manager, and Six Sigma Black Belt. More recently, Samantha has channelled her passion for problem-solving towards delivering innovative solutions to customers. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, which has provided her with a strong foundation in understanding the technical aspects of her field.
